MWL Group, a leading professional services firm based in Camden, London, engaged Varciti to design and deliver a full IT and AV infrastructure for their new office space. The project involved an end-to-end fit-out, from network cabling and server relocation to the installation of cutting-edge Audio Visual systems and smart technology—all with the goal of creating a sleek, modern workspace that could impress clients and support seamless day-to-day operations.
The project also included a complete office migration, requiring careful planning to ensure zero data loss and minimal business disruption during the transition.
Project Objectives
The scope of the project focused on:
- Delivering a future-proof network infrastructure via new Cat 6 structured cabling throughout the office
- Installing state-of-the-art AV systems in two executive boardrooms
- Implementing smart glass technology that could transition from transparent to screen display for presentations and client engagement
- Providing an integrated office-wide audio system that linked with boardroom AV controls
- Ensuring reliable wireless coverage across the entire workspace
- Managing the seamless relocation of all users, desktops, and servers from the old office, with minimal downtime

1. Network Infrastructure Design
- Installed Cat 6 data cabling throughout the premises, with central patching and structured labeling to support high-speed data transfer and future scalability
- Designed and configured network switches, firewalls, and wireless access points for maximum coverage and redundancy
2. Audio Visual Integration
- Equipped two executive boardrooms with large-format displays, integrated conferencing systems, and wireless content sharing solutions
- Deployed smart glass technology, allowing internal meeting spaces to transform into visually striking client-facing displays

3. Wireless and Mobility Enablement

- Conducted a full relocation of all users and core IT systems, including physical servers and desktop infrastructure
